By default you collect the car at our station. Need it somewhere else – the terminal, the hotel or the office? A transfer within the Rhine-Main region can be arranged on request; our support team confirms availability and any extra charge. That way you get your car where you need it.

Tips for pickup

For a smooth collection, when arriving via FRA give us your flight or arrival time – so we can set the appointment at the station. Have your driving licence and ID ready and, after a long-haul flight, plan a little buffer for baggage and customs. For very early or late arrivals we agree the time in advance. That way you're in your car without stress, ready to set off.
