2. General information & legal bases

We process personal data only where necessary to provide a functional website and our content and services. The legal bases are in particular Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent), (b) (contract or pre-contractual measures) and (f) (legitimate interest in a secure, functioning website).

3. Hosting & server log files

This website is delivered as a static site via an external hosting provider. On access, technically necessary server log data is processed (e.g. a shortened IP address, date and time, file requested, data volume, browser type). This data serves only technical delivery and security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is not merged with other sources.

4. Booking requests & payment

As part of a booking you transmit your name, contact details and booking details. This data is passed to our external booking system (panel.rsrentacar.de) and processed to initiate and perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The deposit is paid via an external payment provider, whose privacy notice applies additionally. Card or payment data is not processed on this website.

If you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, your details are stored to handle the enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). For WhatsApp, please also note the provider's privacy notice.

6. Cookies & tracking

This website sets no marketing or analytics cookies and embeds no external tracking services. Only technically necessary browser storage (e.g. your language choice) may occur.

7. Retention

We store personal data only as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by statutory retention periods (e.g. under commercial and tax law).
