What is the minimum age?
19. The category B licence must have been held for at least 1 year.
Do I need a credit card?
No. The deposit can be placed without a credit card; on request we also accept your own car as security.
How high is the deposit?
The refundable deposit depends on the vehicle and is shown transparently on each vehicle page.
Is insurance included?
Yes, every rental is comprehensively insured. The excess is shown per vehicle and can be reduced on request.
How many kilometres are included?
Every booking includes free kilometres per day. You can add extra kilometres as an affordable package.
Do you offer delivery or a transfer?
By default you collect the car at our station at Industriehof in Frankfurt. A transfer to your address can be arranged on request – our support team confirms availability and any extra charge.
How do I cancel?
Cancellation conditions follow our terms. Get in touch early – we'll find a solution.
How do I pay the deposit?
The deposit is handled securely online via our payment provider. Card data is never processed on our site.
